Privacy

This website is a set of plain pages. It has no forms, no cookies, no statistics and no tracking from anyone else. The only personal data we hold is what you send us yourself.

Who is responsible

Telemark Fermentering, Hagenvegen 171, 3683 Notodden (org. no. 915 332 498 MVA), is the data controller. Berit Bjerkestrand is the owner.

The site collects nothing

There is nothing to fill in here, and nothing is stored in your browser. We have no cookie banner because we set no cookies, and we count no visits.

If you email us

We use your address to answer you, and nothing else. We do not add it to a mailing list, and we do not pass it on. The mailbox is at Domeneshop in Norway. We delete the conversation when we no longer need it.

The technical log

The site is served by a hosting provider that keeps a short technical log of requests, including the IP address, to run and secure the service. We do not read those logs to identify anyone, and we build nothing from them.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet). Email us and we will sort it out.

If this changes

When the online shop opens, or if we ever add a form or visitor statistics, this page is updated before it goes live.
